Be nice, friendly and helpful. Answer other people's questions as much as you can.
Browse and search the forum before posting a new question, because it may have been already answered.
No double posting. No posting the same question two or more times. Edit your double post and write only new/different information.
No spam, no advertising, no trash, no promoting your products, no bad words, and no obscene things. You will be banned if you post that.
Choose the correct forum section for your post. Do not just post anything anywhere. Post only the right information in the right place.
All posts can be subject for approval and the administrator may ask you to change the content of your post for better courteousness and clarity.
Disassemble your game-stick or other game console and upload photos of the motherboard (plate) and circuitry. Also upload photos of your firmware version. There are many different models and versions. Only the box may not be helpful. People need to see photos of your motherboard and firmware version in order to help you. See the Tutorials section of the forum.
You are allowed to upload 3 photos, 512kb in size each. Use a photo image hosting website such as imgbb to post more and larger photos. See the Tutorials section of the forum.
Contribute to the community. Share a backup of your micro sd memory card with the community. Many other people need to download it to recover their game-stick or gamebox. See the Tutorials section of the forum.
Only use the Email Contact form when really necessary. There is a forum so please use it. Most information will already be in the blog or in the forum.
